Leaseweb Global, a global supplier of cloud services and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) solutions such as dedicated servers and storage infrastructure, has announced the appointment of Peter Lacroix as Managing Director Netherlands. Mr. Lacroix will be in charge of Leaseweb’s operations in the Netherlands, with a focus on the expansion of the company’s cloud offering.

Lacroix brings over 25 years of expertise in the technology industry to his current job. Mr. Lacroix began his career in telecommunications before transitioning to cybersecurity, where he spent more than a decade, ultimately rising to the position of Managing Director for the Benelux. He later went to Sogeti, where he was in charge of the Security branch. Lacroix was most recently General Manager of cloud solutions firm Codit. At Codit, he was in charge of the company’s growth strategy, business development, and operations.

According to Leaseweb, Mr. Lacroix is well qualified to supervise the expansion and profitability of Leaseweb Netherlands, thanks to his significant experience and credentials, which include a double Executive MBA degree from TIAS Business School and Bradford University (UK). Lacroix will be in charge of a team of 150 experts and will be in charge of all operations, from sales to delivery and customer support.
