I would like to know how can I setup in order to access to my vCenter Server remotely ? is it possible to do it like this way?

Yes, it is possible. The configuration will vary from the OS your uisng. But you will need a public IP to access from an external station.

A virtual private network can be used to access anything anywhere. All you need for this case is a public IP address to link to your vCenter.

You need an IP address for both sides, so as to access it externally.
