An easy Website builder for cPanel?

I am trying to find a good website builder that is easy to use with cPanel. I am not very familiar with HTML so I was wondering if there was a plugin or a site I could drag and drop make my website and copy the HTML File over to cPanel?

Well, if you are not familiar with HTML, I suggest you take a hosting package that will have WordPress one-click installed. That way, you can easily install a complete site and upload themes in one click.
